Buffalo Red Hots Announces Planned New Brevard County Franchise at Renningers Flea Market

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Buffalo Red Hotsa well-known restaurant in Buffalo, New York, announced plans to expand by opening its first franchise in Florida on July 1.

The new franchise will be based at the Renningers Flea Market on West Eau Gallie Blvd. in Melbourne, according to founding chef Josh Szymczak.

Their specialty is an all-beef Buffalo Red Hot frankfurter served with a unique hot sauce that their Buffalo, NY operation is famous for. The breakfast and lunch menus will include other New York-inspired dishes, including “Beef on Weck,” a roast beef-style sandwich, a New York Buffalo favorite, burgers and wings.

The Beef on Weck in particular has been a New York favorite for decades. The breakfast menu offers ham or sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches, all made to order. Buffalo’s signature hot red sauce is freshly made daily.

The Buffalo Red Hots culinary team is made up of trained and experienced professionals with over ten years of in-depth culinary knowledge.

Szymczak is a Buffalo New York native who specializes in Buffalo-inspired dishes and his experience includes ten years as a Sous Chef. The sous chef is the chef’s best assistant, is considered the production manager, and serves as second in command. The kitchen staff reports regularly to the sous chef.

“We are thrilled and excited to bring Buffalo Red Hots to Brevard County,” Szymczak said.

“We have created a unique cooking style for our New York style dishes and our special sauce will be appreciated by customers, especially those in the New York area. Our goal is to become the local favorite.

Buffalo Red Hots, a renowned restaurant in Buffalo, New York style, offers frankfurters topped with their special sauce along with other popular New York style dishes. The company was established in 2012 and due to the popularity of its menu combined with a large New York population on the Space Coast, it decided to open its first franchise in Brevard.
