Felicia White Scooter’s Coffee Franchise Training Manager

As Scooter’s Coffee® continues its rapid growth trajectory, it is committed to providing best-in-class franchise support. In order to provide its franchisees with the latest training in operations, Felicia White has joined the company as Director of Franchise Training. She will lead innovative and interactive training programs to improve business operations and franchise success.

White shares Scooter’s Coffee’s commitment to franchise development, in addition to the company’s people-first mindset. She will use her national and international training experience to implement next-generation training approaches, including a new learning management system, e-learning opportunities, and facilitator-led engagements. These initiatives will help strengthen Scooter’s Coffee’s unparalleled relationships with its franchisees, customers, employees and suppliers.

For more than 14 years, White has held various leadership positions in training and development at Church’s Chicken®. As Vice President of Training and Global Operations Development, she managed global training for several of the company’s brands. As Senior Director of Training and Development, she led the most successful Limited Time Offer (LTO) deployment in years.

An industry-recognized expert in frontline leadership development, White presents leadership development and mentorship programs. She sits on the board of the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) and is a member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum. White also recently published a book: “Bowties and Cowboy Boots, Lessons in Life and Leadership”. She was also recognized as one of the nation’s most influential restaurant executives by Nation’s Restaurant News in The Power List: Reader Picks (2020).

White is a Certified Hospitality Trainer (AHELI) and holds various training certifications. She earned an MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, and an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts. She is working on a doctorate in education in adult learning and development at Northwestern State University.
